So, why did we open a pet care service business?
Our family loves animals. We have fostered puppies and kittens and found forever homes for them. It brings us joy to help animals and when we were looking for a business to open; it was a simple choice, something to do with helping animals and providing peace of mind for their humans. We have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles. We consider every animal in our care as part of our extended family.

Do you Board Animals?
No, we find it best for the animal to remain at their home to limit stress and keep them on their normal schedule. So, we come to you and follow the feeding and care instructions you request for your pet.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. You will be charged for all visits and overnights without proper notice of cancellation.
- Mid Day Break/Dog Walking: 24 hours notice of cancellation
- Pet Sitting & Kitty and Small Animal Care: 48 hours notice of cancellation
- Overnights/Vacation Bookings: 7 days notice of cancellation (50% of total with less than 7 days notice & 100% of total with less than 48 hours notice)
Are you Bonded and Insured?
Yes, we are bonded and insured. We conduct a background check on each employee we hire.

Currently, we service the Contra Costa County locations – Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, and Oakley.
